Last 10 Feb 2022, i booked Air India fight ticket through Travolook from Guwahati to chennai travel date 15 may 2022 for Rs 15642/- with booking REF497158387 (Air India PNR H4B2B) through indusindcredit card no 4412854637238001.
After few days, Air India informed that the said fight cancelled by Air india.
Air India also informed that refund has been initiated on 12 mar 2022 and you request to kindly contact your travel agency Travolook for your refunded amount vide Air India e mail on 26 mar 2022 at 12:29 AM Copy enclosed for your reference.
i approached many more times to Travolook for my refund since last five months through their e mail and customer care number, but no proper response from Travolook till now and no refunded to me till now.
please dispute the above amount Rs 15642/- from Travolook (wing in travel gurgaon in).
