Travolook booking REF588642348 dated 20 Dec 20 and case id: 8789421 dated 13 Feb 21 for sector Nagpur- Pune of my son. The booking didn’t materialize and refund is still awaited. Customer care; support@travolook. has been approached a number of times but the refund is still outstanding.
