I tried to book a flight ticket from Guwahati to Bengaluru on 23rd march. The PNR was not generated but money got debited from my account to Travolook. Minutes later there was a call from Travolook that my ticket was not booked due to price difference and money will be credited back to my account within 10 to 12 working days. Is has been more than 2 months now no satisfactory response from Travolook despite repeated calls. It is horrible experience with travolook.
