Booked a ticket from site Travolook.in with Reference number REF298450647. The ticket was from Kandla to Delhi om Sep 05 2021 and the ticket got cancelled immediately. I was promised a full refund of Rs 5018 but it’s not yet been credited. It has been 26 days since and the refund is pending. Complaints have been filed against this company by many other people also. They are habitual offenders.
