I, Ajoy Kumar Gupta booked air ticket for my wife Arti Gupta from Rajkot-Delhi AI-404 dated 21.03.2021 through Travelook website vide booking Ref No. REF718584676, and payment of Rs. 2214 was made by payment ID pay_IOEiju8uVd3a4P on 21.11.2021 at 16:56:31 hrs through my HDFC Credit Card.
But ticket was cancelled by travelook due to fare expiration. I was promised full refund within 7 working days but I have still not received any refund till today i.e. 06.01.2022 even after calling customer support several times.
Please it is requested to provide me assistance in this matter.
