As Jio fibre was being made available in my building ( B501, Prakruti Pearl apartments, Opp Bayer Office, Hiranadani Estate, Thane 400607) and one of your service agents Mr. Narendra Kumar Yadav came to my flat and took Rs 4500 thru credit card on 20th April 2019 as refundable deposit for the connection. He took the necessary documents but telephone verification apparently failed because the person whose name I had given for reference knows me as Satish and I think the verification call was requested with my full name Ramachandran Satish Kumar” and he could relate the same.
I had requested for re verification but it seems this cannot be done. I was told the money paid will refunded. Till date this money is not returned to me nor the connection provided. My calls to contact center are not able to connect.
Mr. Narendra Yadav who processed the payment from Reliance jio has now gone on leave.
When can I expect my money returned ??
