Good afternoon,
I had decided to take an educational loan for my child for a course through Whitehat junior through the loan agency Gray Quest. ( GrayQuest Education Finance, Educational Loan Application Number: 430634 ).
Accordingly, the monthly EMI was being debited wef Feb 2023. Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, I had to discontinue the said course, which I had conveyed to Whitehat junior through email as on 30 May 2023. I received a reply from them on 09 Jun 2023 for acknowledging the same and initiation of the foreclosure of the refund and assured us the 15 days of period for credit.
On 20 Jun 2023 we received the mail from Whitehat junior about the payment of the foreclosure amount (Rs 41,650.00) to the loan partner and the loan foreclosure is in process, hence asked us about the bank details, which we provided immediately.
Again, on 11 Jul 2023 we received a mail from Whitehat junior about the initiation of the refund for Rs 41,650 and assured us the credit at earliest.
Since then, there is no credit of the said amount and there has been monthly debit of the amount from my bank account.
There have been repeated phone calls on this subject to Whitehat junior and the loan agency (Gray Quest) without any favourable result.
On 07 Oct 2023, after the mailing enquiry to the loan agency about the refund, it was intimated to us that they did not receive the admission cancellation confirmation and the refund from the Whitehat institute and asked us the refund UTR No. of refund from Whitehat junior.
After this, I had called the Whitehat junior on number of occasions without any favourable action. I had mailed on 08 Oct 2023 to Mr Karan Bajaj, Founder and CEO of White Hat Junior as well as Anamika Singh as well. There has been no response from them whatsoever.
The debit from my bank account is still continuing.
This is blatant display of Non professionalism and harassment to the customers with the discourteous behaviour on the part of the staff and the organisation. The further internet survey on this aspect from Whitehat junior revealed that this non-credit of the refund is on multiple accounts and appears to be a well manipulated fraud by Whitehat junior.
I herewith request you to take the cognizance of the same and I request refund of my amount with the interest on it.
