As per tatasky offer 1 month bonus will be credited when 12 months pack amont will be recharge instantly. Doing recharge with BOB credit card 1 month extra bonus will be credit. the monthly pack amount was 648 rs so yearly pack amount was showing 7776 on tatasky site also. Before doing recharge I contacted the customer care about yearly recharge amount and BOB credit card offer, she confirmed the same. I did the recharge of 8000 rs but got the balance amount on half yearly pack basis i.e. 324 rs(not yearly basis i.e.648 rs). i again call the customer care and she confirmed that amount will be credited in 48 hrs. on 29th august i added channel tatasky bollywood premier (which i added at 1st month charge of rs. 1 and after that rs. 75 permonth) was ending on 29 september at rs 1. after that it will be cost 75 rs per month. After 2 day i received the call from tatasky and she told me that the channel tatasky bollywood premier monthly charge 75 has also to be add in monthly pack( which was rs 1 at that time till 29th september). The monthly amont on this basis will be 723 rs/month. But on the tatasky website the amount was showing rs. 7776 and same was confirmed by tatasky executive before doing recharge. It is the case of fraud so please take into the matter as tatasky executive didnot know about this which i asked before recharge and on website also amount was showing as 7776 rs.
