I am Dr Kali Prasanna Satapathy of Bhubaneswar would like to file a complaint against Pasfar technology private Ltd regarding not receiving the refund amount of Rs. 1454 for the online payment of BSNL Mobile recharge on 20th May 2021.
Recharge was unsuccessful and the amount of Rs. 1454 has not been credited to my bank account yet. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
