I registered for Tatasky broadband service. At the time I asked about shifting my connection if required. I was told service is rapidly expanding. Now I am shifting and there is no coverage there- it is a prominent paet of Mumbai. I still have 110 days of service remaining- I should get 3 months’ charges refund atleast. I am being denied a refund.
