On dated 11/2/21 two payments each of rupee 376 had been done at 19:40pm ,19:45 pm through UPI (Google pay) in favour of CCAVENUES,But both payment got stuck and amount had been deducted from my bank account(A/C number 1989000100066754,Branch name PNB SUNHI kangra). I contact Google pay regarding this issue ,they registered my complaint and says that my payment would be refunded soon, but since then it’s more than one month now and no payment had been refunded yet, I contact Google pay 4 times for the same issue but there response is not satisfactory.
So yourgood self is requested to resolve my issue
