This refers to my JioFiber Service ID 299540833186 . Jio Fiber internet Router was submitted to the company on 19-1-2020 and all bank account was provided to the company along with copy of cancelled cheque of bank account to credit the security money Rs. 2500/- in the account. On 27-1-2020 I received a message that refund has been initiated and refund amount will be credited via NEFT within 72 hours.
It is regretted that on 30-1-2020 I received another message that Refund of Rs. 2500/- has failed via RTGS/NEFT. The cheque will sent in next 15 days at my registered address.
It is clear that company does not want to refund money .
Requested tyo take action against company
