Text of Complaint by RB PRASAD:

I have disconnected my excitel broadband connection on 14 Jun 23, and it’s been more than 60 days I have not received my refund of security deposit which was promised to pay within 60 days of termination the connection.
I’ve raised multiple tickets since then but they closed the tickets on their own without any clarification. Pathetic service.
