My Jio Fibernet service was terminated and the Equipment (Router) was collected from my flat on Sunday the 25th August, 2019 saying, I will receive the acknowledgement by EOD. The engineer also collected the Bank details from me to process the refund.
However, it is more than 23 days since I am waiting for confirmation of equipment received and refund of security deposit amount of Rs.4600/-
