Sir,
I have ported 4 postpaid numbers from Jio to Airtel in the Month of January, 2025. Rs. 450/- was the security deposit in all the 4 numbers making an amount of Rs. 1800/-. Multiple emails and Telephone Calls have been made but in vain as tickets are either being closed without satisfactory response or no response being received at all. Kindly intimate the procedure to be followed for getting the refund back. In response to the Note above, phone numbers are not being mentioned in the complaint.
