I closed down connection of excitel in July 2022 but haven’t received my security deposit till now I.e.11 dec 2022 ,and the company and their local partner have devised a unique way of fooling ,the company excitel says it has transferred the amount to their local agent and local agent ( night owl networking) says he can’t take money out of portal so he can’t give it to me , ultimately I am at loss and this they must be doing to other customers also
