Respected Sir,
I made an online txn number LGAMVFCHZ9 on 16 JAN 2022 amount 5442.80 to pay the fees of class 4th for Army Public School Jaipur at www.apsdigicamp.com. The amount was deducted but neither it reached the payment terminal nor was refunded to me.
So, I paid the fees again by UPI/DR/############ on 18 Jan 22 amount 5431.00, that believed that the failed transaction would be refunded back to me soon.
Even after 25-days, the SBI was unable to process the refund.
Finally, I got a reply on Feb 08, that the transaction that was ‘stuck’ was successfully transfered to the Merchant i.e. APS Digicamp.
I want a refund as the fees has already been paid by me via UPI app.
Pls refund amount 5442.80 to my acct.
