I returned my item on 28th october but still haven’t received the refund yet and i have called customer care for the 7th time, earlier they said you wait the refund will be issued but now they are saying i won’t be getting the returned item back and i won’t be receiving the refund. That’s like stealing my money..either give my item back or give my money back.
I also have other complaint. The call i placed on 10th november 5:03pm, the agent talked very rudely and didn’t listen to me at all. So i want to raise a complaint against him and i need the proof that the complaint against him has been raised.
