I shifted to Chandigarh from Patiala on Oct 2024, and started living in a PG name Sumit PG Burail,Chandigarh. The PG is not soo good it is suffocated, no ventilation and even food quality is very poor. So, I always used to eat from outside, sometimes I live with my relatives in Chandigarh so that I can spent my time. I have given notice to PG owner before 18 days that I am going to leave Pg in November so that he can find new PG student. But before completion of my period in PG, he is asking me to leave PG but I said “I have one more day to stay here”. At last as per his statement, I left the PG, then asked about my security refund, which I have submitted at starting, then he is not returning my security amount. I am very much tired, I am just a student, not earning well as of now, just doing a small to job for my daily needs and studying for engineering Servies examination. I am not financially stable as of now. Kindly help me to get my security amount back.
