I have booked airline two way ticket from Chennai to Mumbai on 5th Aug 2022 and return ticket on 15th august 2022 from Travo look airline ticket booking company.I had paid Rs.12283 to the travoolok company on 23rd July 2022 from my credit card .The booking ref no 711098637 was allotted to me by the travolook company.I have been continuously following for refund since last 3 months and more but iam getting all false promises from customer care number provided by agency.(01246344800) But no response kindly please help me out in getting my money back.
