I brought a Samsung led smart tv 43 inches model NU6100 4k Led through Amazon.in but I received the product with a crack at its bottom of the screen.
Then I requested for the return and pick up was done by Amazon pick up executive. They initiated the replacement of the product but it was not getting dispatched.
That’s why I called Amazon to cancel the product and refund the full payment that was already been paid.
They cancelled the order but have not refunded the payment yet. I am calling again and again but only reply I am getting fr them is that product has not reached at warehouse yet. I don’t know where to go now.
