I have ordered a kids bike from amazon, which was found defective, i raised a replacement for the same but the item was out of stock, they raised refund ticket but till date i have not received my refund, i am continously callimg customer care but they always gives five days three days and again five days time to refund my 10439 rupees. They are cheating and misguiding me all the times. Today i agin called customer care and a girl named shalini again gave me five days time when i asked to transfer the call to seniors she transfered it to a senior from leadership team named Gaurav he asked to call after 10 days. What the hell is the policy for refunding big amount. While in other cases amounf get transferred within an hour.
I want to escalate this issue and want full refund asap.
