I bought a RO water purifier from amazon on march ending 2021. For 4199 rupees.after that it reached me. But it was defective so i replaced that. After that i got a new RO purifier kn 27th apr 2021. That was also a defective piece so i again file a return complaint on amazon. But no body came here to pickup the product. So i called amazon customer service approx 10 times but everytime they told me to wait we are filing NOC you will get refund soon. But today 9th june 2021 i didnt get the best response from amazon. I am frustrated from it and due to coronavirus pandamic i am also in need of that money. I cant wait more now. Please help me.
Every customer service agent told me to wait for 3 days some said to wait for 5 days. But nothing happened. I have call recording of them as a proof.
