  1. i ordered 3 fastelo handbags in january from amazon..  when I received those bags i returned all 3 of them on the next day of delivery.. all the 3bags were returned on the same day.. but i got refund for only 2 bags.. the status of 3rd bag is still showing that refund done after receiving your order.. how is it possible that all the bags are from same brand same seller same company returned on same day but i got refund only for 2 bags.. i contact amazon customer care for this issue so he told me that it will happens in next 5 6 days .. but it’s almost a month..
