I initiated a new broadband line . the representative of Airtel came to collect Rs 500 and promised false offers like free phone, refund of Rs 500 etc. But after the installation team came, i understood the sales person has bluffed. But till today eve after many follow ups by mail and phine I am unable to get REfund.
