I have ordered mobile from Amazon India with exchage offer I have given my old mobile to them.. the mobile i received was defective product so the same was replaced by them but the second piece I received that also having same issue. So I returned the phone and ask to refund my money. They told in next 3 working days you will received your money in your account… After that 3 days daily I am follow-up regarding my payment but they are giving false promise that next 24 hour you will receive your money still I am waiting for my refund and they are giving proper answer to me…. I called to Customer care and ask about my money so he told me do whatever you want no one can take action against me.. The customer care people they hired are so rude and talking rubbish with me..
