I have booked my flight on 27th Dec 2021 but yet as on 02nd Feb i haven’t received my money back. I am calling since last one month in customer care they give false commitment and there is no mechanism of escalation complaints. This Bastard’s are cheating people and there is no mechanism of complaint resolution in this county. Everyone is corrupted even offline and online. No one really cares about customer pain.

Lets see if i get money back or not otherwise i will do something. This is an open threat to all who exploit common people.
