I have booked air tickets through Flipcart of Air India for date 05 Apr 20. Due to COVID 19 tickets are cancelled and till date no refund received. I spoke to Air India customer care they ask tickets number. While we’re provided with reference number. On approach to Flipcart they are not giving the ticket number and every time they cut the call. The journey details as follows
1 New Delhi to Chennai date 05 April 20 Flight no AI-429 Reference no JLMSJ.
2. Trivendrum to New Delhi date 12 April 20, Flight no AI-264 Reference number HJ66K.
