I booked a flight ticket chennai to patna.But PNR is not generated.Then l called to customer support executive.He told me your ticket is not booked due to fare expiration.I told him then please process refund a respective amount. But till now I didn’t received refund please help me.(Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF380569427)
