I have booked a ticket from Kolkata to New Delhi on dated 26th Nov 2020 and the amount is ₹3514.00.00 they cancelled my booking due to fare expiration and they did not refund my money till now today is 06nd Jan 2021, Sir plz help to get refund my money

after repeated reminder, refundable amount Rs 6509/- has not been done so far.
