I have booked ticket from Hyd to Chennai on Nov 13th 2021. After booking i received mail that you have to wait 30 minutes for confirmation but after 5 minutes i received mail from travelook that ticket has been cancelled by airlines and you will get refund in 3 to 7 days. But i did not receive the receive the amount till date. Everytime i call they either hangup or say it will be credited in 48hrs. They are not adding the money to the wallet either even for that they are saying same 24 to 48 hrs. been waiting for 48 hrs now.
