On 11th Nov 2021 I tried to book air ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad and return. An amount of Rs.6661/- was debited from my bank account towards air fare but the transaction was cancelled by travel look. Immediately one lady said to be from customer care of travel look called me and informed me that the amount will be refunded within 3 days. Since then for emails and telephone calls to customer care of travel look I am getting the reply that within 7 to 10 working days the amount will be refunded to the same account from where it is debited and till date I have not got the refund.
