I had booked JIO Air fibre against order no. LR00000IPZ82 on 28 march 2025 but till no installation has been done neither amount has been refunded. from last 3 months i am regularly chasing jio team but no one is filing my complaint and local team is not responding.
kindly take immediate action in this regard and refund back my amount paid to JIO against new connection and old jio fibre.
