An on line air ticket had been take from travolook . But suddenly after booking, the ticket has been cancelled with assurance that within 07-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday) money will be refunded to the same bank account. In this context a email had also been sent to me which is mentioned below for reference. But till date, the aforesaid amount is not refunded, in spite of several telephonic conversations. So keeping this fact in mind I am lodging this complaint. Please see my case and arrange to refund my aforesaid amount as soon as possible.
