Refund request on the ticket booked on Travolook website on 11th Nov 2021 and cancelled by the airline. We got a call from Travolook that they going to refund my money back on 11th Nov itself. I have not yet received the money yet back in my account. After multiple calls and taking to your rude service agents, money is still not reflected in my account.
This is a request to you to raise this complaint and ask travel agency to return the money for the ticket.
