My name is Shreerang Joshi, I am an existing Airtel Post Paid user. I reside in Pune, my address is Flat No E-6/111, Ivy Apartments, Ivy Estate, Wagholi, Pune 412207.

I had requested for installation of Airtel X-Stream Fiber  in my house on 03 April 2021. As requested by Airtel, I forwarded all required documents on o4 April, including plan details. I remitted Rs 6541/-  to Airtel through the payment link provided by them through net banking on 05 April 2021.

On 06 April 2021 an Airtel technician  named Ramesh visited my house for installation. Due to some technical issues he informed me that the internet connection cannot be provided in my house. I have since installed a different internet from some other internet service provider.

I therefor requested Airtel to refund the amount of Rs 6541/-. Inspite of three weeks having passed Airtel is yet to refund the money. I have sent repeated messages on Whatsapp (on number 7887917719 ) requesting for a refund, but I have got no response whatsoever.

I therefore request assistance in obtaining a refund of Rs 6541/- which I had remitted on 05 April 2021.
