Dear sir, we have booked flight in the month of February 2020 for travel dated on 3rd April till 10th April, for trip to Kashmir, unfortunately due to locked down the flights cancelled and spice jet is not refunding our money instead they are using conditioned credit shell, we request your interfere and get us our refund as flights never took off
