Respected Sir,
I, N.Venkateswara Rao(Retd. DGM, BSNL), remitted Rs 8688/- for booking flight tickets for two elders from Vijayawada to Bangalore on 13th August 2021 vide ref no. REF291102575 of Travolook.in. As per the report from Travolook, there was no accommodation and the fares will be refunded within 7 to 10 days. But till now no refund was made.
The staff are not responding properly at the complaints no 01246434800. There is no response for the messages through email. Now they are not even answering the calls. Hence it is requested to do the needful and see that my amount is refunded back at the earliest.
