Our Round Trip Flights G8-286 (Delhi-Goa) (PNR – FB9CHD & PNR O6KP4C) were cancelled This is the Trip ID 230501275566.
GoFirstairways claims that refund is proceeded but Cleartrip
claiming it is not done.
It has already been about 50 days now.
As per the relevant provisions of Indian law, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872, I am entitled to a full refund of the flight charges paid for the cancelled flight. Cleartrip’s refusal to honor its contractual obligations and its failure to comply with the aforementioned legal provisions are a clear violation of my rights as a consumer.
I demand an immediate refund of the flight charges in accordance with the fare rules and regulations of Go First and the terms and conditions of the booking. Failure to comply with this demand within 15 days from the receipt of this legal notice will leave me with no choice but to initiate legal proceedings against Cleartrip, seeking appropriate legal remedies, including but not limited to:
Full refund of the flight charges with applicable interest.
Compensation for the mental agony, harassment, and inconvenience caused.
Reimbursement of all legal costs incurred in pursuing this matter.
