Mount litera Zee school – sancoale, Goa, has not refunded my extra fees paid balance of Rs 5038/- and the security amount paid by me.
I have been repeatedly requesting them, they have informed the head office and still the refund is in process since the last 6 months. I have visited the school accountant, written numerable emails and messages but to no avail.
My son was in Mlzs Goa from grade 1 to 10 and as a parent I have never delayed the fees payment. Now I am told that hundreds of parents are waiting for various refunds since very long.
The head office refuses to respond. The Principal and the Admin head are completely ignoring my issue.
