Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had not use the Jio Fibre for one day and uninstall on the same day due to mis-leading information by their sales person. Inspite of my patient and continues follow up for refund of Depoist amount of Rs 4500/-. The Jo fibre was disconnected on 29/09/2018 and each time on my email and follow up to wait till tat time of 45 days and thereafter each follow up requesting for 15 days. Till date unable to refund my deposit.
I seek my refund of hard money and depoist on immediate basis with interest amount for geniune reason for dealy.

It has been disappointed that reputed and digital company is unable to refund amount from customer requesting from last 75 days from date of disconnection. one of the officer and personnel is ready to listed and find resolution for refund money.
