I had wifi and dth connection on flat no 215 c wing Radium Apartments shreyas colony aarey road goregaon east mumbai 400063. I have surrender earlier connection on 22 nd march and handed over instrument to jio person of this areas. Thereafter i have started two connection on 23rd march at flat no 304 Radium in same building. So far refund process is not completed.
