I have been following up for my money which was earlier kept in credit shell by spicejet. However after government order, spicejet team committed in writing on 2 occasions that refund has been initiated but no money has been credited to my account.
This is absolutely cheating and also non compliance with the government orders. My PNR is – L9UZ6M.
Request you to please help me with refund of my money
