Dear RBL Team,
This is to inform you that I was trying to book a fancy vehicle registration number on parivahan portal on 6th Nov’20 from my RBL Credit Card. I had done the payment Rs. 25375/- but the number is not booked and the amount deducted from my credit card and the refund amount not received yet so i request to you please refund my amount Rs. 25375/- as soon as possible. I already complained on your helpline the Complaint Number is 23809617 please look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Please find the attached transaction dispute form and statement copy as per your requirement.
Above mail has been sent to concerned RBL personannel but since then we didn’t received any response from their end.It has been almost 02 months since i have done my transaction.
Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.
