1. Non-Availability of Mentor Teacher for doubts clarification during Examinations. The Mentor Teacher did not pick a single phone call for 8 days. Finally dropped email @ support@pigeonedu.com. As of today, I am still awaiting a response on the issue raised.
2. I don’t see any transparency in the communication. Once the course is purchased, you will have to chase people to get a simple question to be answered. First of all, the customer contact number mentioned on the contact us page at WhatsApp: +91 89519 92453 ; +91 99028 80147 are not WhatsApp number (you cannot contact them). Escalation matrices are not shared with parents for any such incidents where students/parents are not able to get in touch with Mentor Teacher. This gets worse when these incidents happen during final examinations. They have promised mentor teacher support during day time when students can call mentor teacher for any course related queries
3. Support Number mentioned on website +91 9902880147 and WhatsApp: +91 89519 92453 ; +91 99028 80147 are invalid number, while dialling this number it says “number is not valid, please check the number and dial”
4. Last way to communicate is via email id – support@pigeonedu.com. which again is not a faster way of communication. Never gets an acknowledgement back on any queries.
