Amazon india failed to refund COD paid for item delivered vide order no.171-9519919-4621913 being received in damaged condition despite seller approved the return and accordingly pick up done onthe day 22nd march 22 but no acknowledgement given by pick up man as usual, the activity has duly been informed to amazon in by mail immediately and I requested Amazon in vide several mails exchanged and thus committed breach of trust.
