Was trying to book ticket on travelook but ticket was not generated. Got a Booking ID: REF166136233 done on 17th Nov 2021 has been cancelled and appropriate refund amount has not received yet. Almost 1 month has passed and haven’t got the refund. Everytime I call I have been told it will take 7 days but the payment has not been reversed yet.
Have noticed there are numerous complaint about the same issue with travelook.
Request you to please take urgent action aginst this website so that others don’t suffer like us.
