Respected sir/mam
This is regarding my ticket bookings done via this website
Reference number REF500135635
My return tickets booked on go air had been cancelled by the airlines due to technical issue
The airlines adviced me to contact the portal (travolook in this case) for the refund of the amount of rupees 6129
The amount has already been received by the travolook atleast 30-45 days back as confirmed by the airlines go air and the travolook representative as well
But despite repeated calls and reminders the same has not been refunded back to me.
The customer care service is also pathetic and the executives are rude and not properly trained.
Kindly look into the matter and help/advice regarding further course of action.
