I have tried several times today to place an order through my Amazon Pay Credit card. The order amount of 5337.32 showed as order pending on my app for atleast 6-7 hours. Hence I called you Amazon toll free number and was advised to cancel and redo the order. I cancelled but my previous order amount of 5337.32 was debited, as per the mesage I have recvd now from my bank. I have tried calling Amazon to speak to someone, but the promised call back is not happening despite calling atleast 12-13 times.
Kindly do the reversal of my funds.
I have never experienced so much difficulty earlier in either placing my oeders on Amazon nor in speaking to the customer care. I am scared to place my next oeder…so much time and effort has got wasted today.
