Dear Sir / Madam,
I have made several request to refund money of my cancelled Air Ticket.
Details are as below:
• Via Booking Confirmation Number: FMNAF3BVHTSLF
• PNR : JZDGH
• Ticket Number: 0983760633227
• Booked on 28.03.2020 vide Credit Card Number: 4572 6216 0005 9946
• Name: Alok Motilal Kumar
• Passport Number : Z4949575
• Jakarta – Colombo : AI6207 + Colombo – Mumbai : AI6223
• Amount Paid : 41037.55/- INR
I cancelled this Air Ticket on via.com website as India banned all international flights due to Covid-19 outbreak.
I received mail from Via.com that received your cancellation request and your request is in queue due to excessive cancellation. Later I checked status of my ticket : Status on website is showing cancelled.
I have written several mails to refund the money but no response from via.com.
